I spoke some time ago about Hotel Spas adopting a Retail First approach as a possible business model for the Spa of Tomorrow.
So, what if these two ideas came together – either in a Retail Environment or a Spa Environment?
I reckon we might just be able to create a some pretty compelling offerings if they did.
